AI Foundations for Design & PM Teams.

A team who has heard the noise but hasn't built the practice. Land the landscape, leave with one real artefact each.

Morning (3h) · The landscape

  • Where AI lifts, where it drops, where it fabricates. Concrete demo on each.
  • Tool survey for design and PM: Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, v0, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Notion AI, Linear AI.
  • Taste as the filter. Prompt patterns for designers and PMs.

Afternoon (3h) · Hands-on

  • Each participant applies AI to a real task from their backlog: research synthesis, competitive scan, journey map, PRD draft, component prototype, spec writing.
  • Finish with one artefact each, reviewed in the room.

2-DAY · INTENSIVE · FROM £11,000

AI-Native Product Development.

A team ready to move from using AI to shipping with AI. One foundations day, one build sprint.

Day 1 · Foundations

  • The full landscape, tool survey, and prompt patterns (as in the 1-day Foundations).
  • Closing the day: identify the workflow your team will rebuild on Day 2.

Day 2 · Build sprint

  • Pairs ship one end-to-end artefact with AI in the loop: research to PRD, PRD to prototype, prototype to test plan, or concept to landing page.
  • Live critique and refactor session at close.

3-DAY · RESIDENCY · FROM £16,000

Shipping with AI.

Embed AI into how the team actually ships. Pilot project, with me on-site or on-call for three days.

Day 1 · Foundations + role breakouts

  • Morning: the full foundations day, compressed for a team already inside the tools.
  • Afternoon: role-specific breakouts for design, PM, and design-engineering handoff.

Day 2 · Pilot kick-off

  • Kick off a real team problem as the pilot project.
  • Live scoping and first passes, with me in the room.

Day 3 · Build-through and ship

  • Finish the deliverable: an AI-friendly design system, a shipped prototype, a PRD, a spec, or a landing page.
  • Roadmap for internalising the workflow across the team.
  • Executive debrief at close.

Questions
How much do the workshops cost?
From £6,000 for a 1-day Foundations workshop, from £11,000 for the 2-day Intensive, and from £16,000 for the 3-day Residency. All prices are ex-VAT and exclude travel beyond the UK. Seat uplifts apply for groups of 9 to 15 and 16 to 25.
Who are the workshops for?
Design and product teams at organisations adopting AI. Heads of design, heads of product, design DRIs, innovation leads, and their teams. Up to 25 participants per private session.
Where are the workshops delivered?
On-site across the UK with no travel fee, remote over video, or on-site in the EU and further afield with travel quoted up front. Private to your team.
What do participants need to bring?
A laptop and access to at least one frontier LLM, either Claude or ChatGPT. I bring the curriculum, the workbook, the prompt library, and everything else.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks is typical. That gives us time for the pre-workshop discovery call, to tailor the curriculum to your domain and tool stack, and to confirm logistics.
Can you sign an NDA and a DPA?
Yes. Happy to sign NDAs and DPAs for regulated sectors. On-site delivery in secure facilities is available on request.
Which currencies do you invoice in?
GBP by default. EUR or USD available on request. 25% deposit to hold the date, balance invoiced on the day.
